Delivery:
The majority of orders delivered to UK addresses are dispatched the same day, via Royal Mail First Class or Courier services. Therefore, you can expect to receive your items within 1-2 working days after you have placed your order. The ordering process includes you giving us your email details, so if there is any delay expected, we can inform you straight away. In the event you need to contact us about your order, you can either email or telephone us. During office hours, we respond to all emails within 30 minutes maximum.
All orders are sent by Registered/Recorded Post, and require a signature on delivery. Within
the UK, orders of a value less than �50 are sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, and cost
�1.95. All orders above �50 are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery at no charge to you.

1. Ordering:
When you have placed your order on-line, we immediately send you an automatic Email confirmation/receipt for your order.
Goods are subject to availability, and whether an item is in stock is clearly displayed on our website. It is not possible to order a product that is out of stock. If you try to add it to your shopping cart, you will get a message saying it is out of stock.
In the extremely unlikely event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.
2. Prices:
While trying to ensure that all prices on the Paramount Pleasures website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will try to inform you immediately and give you the option of cancelling your order, or reconfirming it at the correct price. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If the order is cancelled and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
You will be notified of any delivery charges before you give your credit card details.
For international orders (outside the UK), all import duties and taxes for the goods entering your country are your responsibility to pay, so please find out the applicable rates of your country before ordering.
3. Payment:
Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo, Electron or Delta. The card details will be encrypted to give you maximum protection while shopping with us. When you checkout you can actually pay in Euro's, US Dollars, or GB Pounds, and the amount you are shown in these currencies will be the exact amount charged to you. You can also pay for products by telephone, or by fax/post.
4. Delivery:
For UK orders, you should normally receive goods within 1-2 working days. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated time, however delays are occasionally inevitable, and we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. If the rare circumstance arises whereby we are unable to deliver within our usual delivery time (1-2 Working days), and cannot agree another time with you, you will be offered the opportunity to cancel your order and get a full refund.
5. Returns:
We believe that you will be 100% satisfied with your product, but occasionally you may need to return an item.
You must contact us by email or phone before returning any goods, so we can give you a specific returns number.
You can cancel your order and return it to us within 14 days if it is in it's original condition. You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us, and we suggest you use a secure delivery method (which requires a signature upon delivery).
Our returns conditions are:
1.Goods MUST BE unused (we adhere to strict health and hygiene conditions).
2.Goods must be in their original condition & packaging.
3.Goods must be received back at our office within 14 days from the day you placed your order.
4.Lingerie and items of clothing are non refundable and non exchangeable.
If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met we reserve the right to return the goods to you without notice. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.
All goods are supplied with a 90 day fault warranty (faulty goods can only be returned for exchange not refund).
Refunds are made within a week of an order being cancelled and the goods having been returned to us along with the original receipt.
6. Liability:
We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but, unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you.
Due to the nature of the Internet, the shopping online service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not responsible to you if we are unable to provide our Internet services for any reason beyond our control, for example, flood, drought, fire...

When you make an order we note your name, email address, postal address, and phone number.

9. Questions about your order:
As we have such fast/reliable delivery, it is very unlikely that there will be a problem with your order. If you do have any queries about the delivery or the items when you get them, simply email or call our customer service department. We respond to all emails within 30 minutes (Working hours only).
